When can I swim?
Now – April 11: Pools are opened daily
April 12 – May 28: Pools are opened on weekends only
May 29: Pools are opened daily

I recently submitted my pool registration form, how long does setup take?
Processing registration forms typically takes 1 business day but due to the high volume of new forms we’ve received please allow 2 business days.

I have already registered but my OpenPath app is not working on my phone. Should I register again?
No, simply notify the office that your app is not working and we’ll resend the activation link. Pool monitors can also assist with troubleshooting app issues. Reactivating your app takes less than a minute! 

I have a new phone and my OpenPath app isn’t working. What do I do?
Simply notify the office and we’ll resend the activation link. Reactivating your app takes less than a minute!

Are pool reservations still required?
Pool reservations are not required. Entry to the pools is granted at the top of every hour on a first come, first served basis until capacity is reached.

Can I bring guests to the pool?
At this time, no guests are permitted. Only registered residents of Cottonwood Canyon Hills are permitted to enter the recreational centers.
