In order to speak during Open Forum, which will take place near the end of the meeting, you must submit a Request to Speak Form. Please review the Board Meeting Code of Conduct and submit your request to speak to the General Manager, Brinna Kerrick, by 5:00pm on October 27th. Click HERE to download a Request to Speak form.
