Cottonwood Canyon Hills is nestled in the foothills of Lake Elsinore surrounded by its natural beauty. From the preserved natural open space to private recreation centers, sprawling community parks, and local shopping centers residents who choose Cottonwood Canyon Hills will find an old-fashioned sense of community.

Established in 2001, Cottonwood Canyon Hills grew in stages to a total of 3,028 homes consisting of attractive and unifying community design themes with a down-to-earth aesthetic reflected throughout each of the neighborhoods. Designed around a village philosophy, neighborhoods at Cottonwood Canyon Hills are grouped in sections with City parks and schools, and private recreation centers nearby. The community is surrounded by natural habitat and 160 acres of professionally maintained common area landscaping.

Cottonwood Canyon Hills families connect in many ways…from tennis dates in the park, gatherings at one of three community pools, cheering their kids on to victory at Little League® games, or playing fetch with their pups at the community dog park. An active HOA and Social Committee keep things fun throughout the year with an Easter egg hunt in the Spring, outdoor movies in the park in the summer, and a Fall Festival in October.

The Community is served by two school districts, Lake Elsinore USD and Menifee USD. In partnership with the City of Lake Elsinore, the HOA strives to enhance lives by working together with Community services to keep residents informed and active in their community. The HOA is professionally managed by Action Property Management whose company culture is built on caring about others, believing there is always a better way and always seeking new and innovative ways of providing professional management to the communities they serve.

The Board of Directors of the HOA is committed to delivering on its promise to preserve property values, foster Community harmony, and carry out their fiduciary duties in a fiscally responsible, ethical, and consistent manner.

Welcome to Cottonwood Canyon Hills.
