The Social Committee is looking for the following donations for the next Movie in the Park event on June 23rd. They are in need of:
1-2 popcorn machines, supplies, and someone to man the machine.
4 cases of mini water bottles
5 cases of large water bottles
3 large bags of ice
Movie equipment (screen, DVD player, etc.)

We are pleased to announce the re-opening of Pool 2 (across from the Sports Park). The spa will remain closed for one more week as the plaster cures. Please enjoy the spa at the Piedmont pool if you would like to utilize the spa.
Pool 1 (at the Clubhouse) will open for your enjoyment this Saturday morning (4/7).
We appreciate your patience while we wrap up these remaining maintenance tasks.

The Rec 1 pool (attached to the clubhouse) and the Rec 2 pool (across from the sports park) will be closed for maintenance until further notice. The Rec 3 pool (on Piedmont Rd.) will remain open for your enjoyment while the other two pools undergo improvements to prepare for the summer season. Thank you for your ongoing patience regarding this matter.
Hello there! The Social Committee would like to thank those of you who have already volunteered to help with the Easter Egg Hunt. They are always looking for more help, and if you are interested please email email@example.com for more details. We would be happy to provide community service credit for students! The Social Committee is also in need of donations for the event. They are looking for:
600 water bottles
400 juice boxes
A sno-cone machine/materials to make sno-cones
All Donations will be recognized through Facebook, the HOA website, and Flyers at the event. We hope to make this year’s Easter Egg Hunt the best yet!
The Social Committee is looking for volunteers for the upcoming Easter Egg Hunt event on March 24th!
1 volunteer to be the Easter Bunny (6ft. costume)
10 volunteers for set-up from 10am-12pm, the event itself from 12pm-2pm, and take-down form 2pm-3pm
2 volunteers to watch the party inflatable area
If you would like to volunteer, please email firstname.lastname@example.org by February 9th. Please be aware that if the Social Committee does not get enough volunteers for this event, it will be cancelled.

The Social Committee is hosting and will be judging a Holiday Decorating Contest! Enter to win by emailing a picture of your home to email@example.com and selecting a category. The categories for this year are: Through a Child’s Eyes, Creative Inflateables, Creative Lighting, and Traditionally Elegant. Registration is open from November 24th-December 15th. Winners for the event will be selected by the Social Committee on December 19th!

Santa is Comin’ to Town on December 3rd!
Come on over the the clubhouse on December 3rd from 1pm-4pm. The Social Committee has put together a really great event! Families can come by take pictures with Santa, play in real snow, drink hot chocolate, and put together a great craft!
*Just remember this event is for Cottonwood Canyon Hills residents only, registration is not required.
