We are excited to announce that the new Resident Portal is up and running! Action Property Management has developed an industry leading online application that allows you to access the information you need. We know you’re on the move, so the Resident Portal can be accessed from any device. Click here to login with your existing Vivo account, or you can register for a new account! The Resident Portal gives you access to pay your monthly assessment, set up auto pay, view your account history, update your mailing address, open work orders, view open violations on your property, and have access to all community announcements and documents!

The community garage sale is the weekend of October 13-14th! No registration is required, simply put your unwanted items outside to start selling! The HOA has done advertising for homeowners on Craigslist, banner signs, Facebook, and the Press Enterprise. Homeowners are welcome to do any additional advertising. Happy selling!
Do you love carving pumpkins? We will be hosting a pumpkin carving contest at our annual Fall Festival this year! To participate in this activity, you must pre-register by emailing email@example.com, and a $15 registration fee must be brought to the on-site office prior to the event (CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY!). The fee will be going towards the carving supplies, as well as the GRAND PRIZE for the winner! We are only accepting the first TEN people to register and pay. Must be ages 12+ to participate.
The carving contest will be held on Saturday, October 20th at 2:30PM. You will have one hour to carve your design (the design must be PG). Once the hour is up, the Fall Festival participants will be able to vote for which pumpkin they like best! The winner will be announced at 4:45PM.
At last night’s Board Meeting, the Board of Directors voted to temporarily change the holiday decorating rule. You are now allowed to begin decorating for the Halloween Decorating Contest! Registration ends on October 19th at 5:00PM. Judging will take place on October 24th at 5:30PM. If you are interested in participating in this contest, please submit photos of your decorated home to Justine at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your name and address in the email! There will be one winner selected for each category, and the prize is a $100 Visa gift card! Thank you for participating in the Fall Tree Trimming program
Park West Tree Care is in the Community this week assessing each tree you signed up for. We will have pricing out to you via email next week!
- Pricing will be sent to you VIA EMAIL, please remember to check your spam folder.
- If you signed up and do not receive an email by the end of next week, please contact Jordan at email@example.com.
- Payments must be dropped off at the HOA office in the form of CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY payable to PARK WEST TREE CARE.
- Payments MUST be received no later than September 24th to participate.
- Trimming will take place during the last 2 weeks of October.
All Trees will be trimmed according to ANSI 300 Standards. You will not need to be present at the time of work.
We will email more precise dates in the first week of October after all payments are in.
