The Fall Planting has been approved by the Board of Directors for the following streets: Willow Wood, Cedarhill, Manzanita, Flowerhill, Sugarbush, Ladyfern, Corktree, Hillside, Blossoms, Desert Rose, Foxwood, Oakridge, Daisy Field, Morning Glory, Trailside, Saddle Hill, Sweet Acacia, Canyon Hills, and Cottonwood Canyon. Park West will begin plating soon.
We are updating the restrooms at some of our facilities causing upcoming pool closures. On Tuesday, September 4th Rec 2 will be closed for the day. This is the pool located at 34209 Canyon Hills Rd, across from the Sports Park. And on Thursday, September 6th, Rec 1 will be closed for the day. This is the pool located at 31989 Hollyhock St, next to the HOA office. Other pools will remain open and regular schedules will resume the following day. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Homeowners can nominate themselves or their neighbors to win a $50.00 gift card. The Architectural Committee will be selecting the Top 5 Best Maintained yards to win this award. Please submit the address and photos of the home to Brinna at email@example.com by the deadline of September 10th.

Movie Equipment (screen, projector, speakers, microphone, DVD player)
Volunteers for set-up/take-down. They especially need volunteers who can transport the generator!

This program was set-up by the Board of Directors and Park West Tree Care to provide a tree trimming service at a deeply discounted rate. This program applies to Front Yard and Parkway Trees. Trimming by Park West will begin in October 2018. Back yard trees DO NOT qualify for this program. Trees will be trimmed in accordance with ANSI A300 standards.
Tree trimming prices will be $55, $85, or $110 per tree depending on the tree size.
The price to trim a palm tree will be determined upon inspection.

The Annual Election Meeting is quickly approaching! We invite all owners to come out to the Community Clubhouse on Thursday, July 19th, at 7:00 p.m. for an opportunity to meet the candidates running for the Board of Directors. This will be a great opportunity to get to know these candidates before casting your votes. Please come out and show your support for these volunteers! The known candidates are: Harry Johnson, Julieann Kelm, Lori Michel, and Michael Payment. Nominations will not be taken from the floor of the meeting, and write-in candidates are prohibited.
