The Board is seeking a candidate who is not only willing to serve but who also aligns with the Vision, Mission, and Guiding Principles of the Cottonwood Canyon Hills HOA. These guiding values emphasize ethical decision-making, community collaboration, transparency, and the consistent preservation of property values and neighborhood harmony.

Serving as a Director typically involves a commitment of 1–2 meetings per month, along with time to review materials and participate in discussions that support the continued success of our association.

If you are passionate about strengthening our community and contributing to its long-term success, we encourage you to express your interest. Please complete and submit the attached volunteer interest form and outline your background, experience, and how you believe you can contribute to the continued success of Cottonwood Canyon Hills.

Submissions may be sent to bkerrick@actionlife.com no later than June 16, 2025, at 5:00 pm. The Board plans to interview candidates during the Board Meeting on Thursday, June 26, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM. More details will be provided to applicants ahead of the meeting.
