The management team at Cottonwood Canyon Hills is available to answer questions regarding notices, architectural applications, account information, and any other HOA-related matters. You can Email Your Manager or contact the office staff directly. For common area repair requests (e.g. fence repair or painting, landscaping concerns) please log in to the Resident Portal and submit a work order. Work orders will be sent to the appropriate vendor. For after-hours emergencies (e.g. damaged irrigation) please contact Action Property Management using the Live Chat feature at www.actionlife.com/contact. 

For other after-hours HOA matters (such as common area trespassing or vandalism, noise complaints, or nuisances) contact Access Control at (951) 550-1181.
