To report common area maintenance, you can contact us by visiting the Resident Portal and submitting a work order. For any other requests such as a neighbor’s non-compliance, questions regarding a letter, or any other assistance, contact Action Property Management using the Live Chat feature at www.actionlife.com/contact. You can also email your Manager or visit the onsite office located at 31989 Hollyhock, Lake Elsinore next to Pool One Clubhouse. Office hours are Tuesday through Friday; 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
