Cottonwood Canyon Hills is excited to be in the preliminary stages of becoming a recognized Firewise community, and we are looking for residents who want to get involved from the ground up!

Because a Firewise community is limited to 2,500 homes, Cottonwood Canyon Hills, with approximately 3,028 homes, must be divided into two separate Firewise community sites. As shown on the attached map, our community has been divided into Site 1 and Site 2 for purposes of the Firewise program.

As we move through the process, we need resident participation from both sites and are currently seeking volunteers interested in serving on the Firewise Committees. Committee members will have an opportunity to participate from the very beginning and help support wildfire preparedness and Firewise efforts within their respective areas.

We need representatives who live within both Site 1 and Site 2, so please review the attached map to see which Firewise site includes your home.
