The Annual Meeting of the Membership for your Association will be held on August 27 2026, for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors. You will receive an official meeting notice specifying the actual date, time, and location.

We are requesting candidates for the District Delegate and Alternate Delegates positions. There are seventeen (17) Districts in Cottonwood Canyon Hills, each with its own Delegate. The District Delegates serve a vital role in the governance of the Association, as the District Delegates are responsible for casting all the instructed votes for the homeowners within their assigned District. There is one (1) District Delegate position open in each District, each for a one (1) year term. The time commitment is minimal, typically requiring attendance at one meeting annually. Please note you must be a homeowner in good standing to be appointed to serve as a District Delegate.
