This year’s Annual Meeting of the District Delegates has been scheduled for August 28, 2025 following the Regular Session Board meeting. Pursuant to Article IV, Section 2 of the Bylaws, there shall be a meeting of the District Delegates held annually. There are no homeowner-elected director seats up for election this year; therefore, the purpose of this meeting is to approve the minutes of the 2024 Annual Meeting of the District Delegates and to determine the allocation of any excess operating funds at the end of the current fiscal year.
