Any changes made to the outside of your home needs approval from the Architectural Review Committee.

You can submit your application via email to ccharchitectural@actionlife.com or at 31989 Hollyhock Street. If you have questions, please review the Design Guidelines or reach out to the management team. The Architectural deadline for November is November 11,2025.

November’s meeting date will be November 19th at 5:00 p.m. Please note, there will be no meeting in December, which means any architectural applications and notices of completion submitted after November 11th won’t be reviewed until January.
