The Association has recently acquired a home within the community and will be moving forward with selling the property. To ensure fairness and transparency, the Board of Directors has decided that any licensed real estate agent who resides within the community will have the opportunity to interview to serve as the listing agent for this sale.

If you are a resident agent and are interested in being considered, please complete the questionnaire below and return it to jeldair@actionlife.com no later than 11/10/25. The Board will review submissions and conduct interviews prior to selecting the listing agent.
