Community Information

Your community is professionally managed by Action Property Management that has a community care department available to you Monday through Friday; 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.  If you need to report a common area emergency (such a water line break) after business hours, please call (800) 400-2284 and an operator will assist you.  The community also has an onsite business office located at 31989 Hollyhock, Lake Elsinore next to the Creekside Park. Office hours are Monday through Friday; 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Upon closing escrow, you should have received a copy of the Associations CC&R’s and Rules & Regulations.  There are just a few rules that we would like to bring to your attention as we understand time may not allow for the review of all received material.  The Architectural Process for the rear yard installation must occur within the first 4 months if not installed by the previous homeowner.  Commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles are not permitted within the Association at any time other than for loading and unloading.  Trash collection day is Friday and trash cans must be stored out of view by Monday morning.

The Association will issue one phone credential per resident 16 and up in the home or one physical key per household.   Pool forms must be submitted to the office by the homeowner.  If you have purchased a resale home and the prior homeowner provided you with the pool key card we ask that you pick up a new pool key card at the business office as all prior homeowners cards are deactivated.

If your home is located in Bridgegate, please contact the business office so that we can get your information into the gate directory, which will give you the ability to allow access to your guests.  Additionally, if you would like a key to the pedestrian gates located next to the vehicle entrance/exit gates you may pick it up at the business office.  The Association will issue one (1) gate key per home.

Assessments are due on the first of each month.  We offer payments on-line, ACH and lock box mailing with coupon.  Payments can be made online on the Resident Portal. Click the link below to register for an account if you do not currently have one.
