The Board of Directors is looking to appoint 17 District Delegates and several alternates for the upcoming Annual Meeting and Election. The Board has not yet set the Annual Meeting date but it will likely fall on a Thursday in late August.

The Delegate position is for a one (1) year term of office, and attendance is required at regularly scheduled Annual meetings and at specially called meetings. As a delegate, you agree to adhere to and enforce the rules and regulations of the Association as set forth in the CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations, and any amendments thereto. The Delegate may also help with the counting of ballots at any scheduled meeting.

Please note that per the Election and Voting Rules, District Delegates must be in good standing (current in monthly assessments), listed as the Owner on title, and have no open violations to be eligible to become a District Delegate.
