The Annual Meeting and Election is scheduled for Thursday, August 24, 2023, at 4:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the Clubhouse at 31989 Hollyhock St., Lake Elsinore, CA 92532. All owners are welcome to participate and attend. There are three (3) positions up for re-election, each for a three (3) year term.
The known candidates for the election are as follows and in alphabetical order by last name: Shelby Bunch, Tiffany Dawson, Shari Gamboa, Andrew Jaime, Lori Michel, Daniela Ojeda, Deanna Roumimper, Christopher Tompkins, and Rhonji Wilson.
Ballots will be mailed to the membership at least 30 days prior to the meeting and election date. Returned ballots must be received in the envelopes provided by the inspector by mail, certified delivery such as UPS or Fed-Ex, or by hand delivery to: The Ballot Box, 3315 E. Russell Rd., Ste A4 PMB 156, Las Vegas, NV 89120. The deadline for the receipt of mailed ballots is 12:00 pm (noon) on August 22, 2023.
If you would like a receipt for your returned ballot, you are encouraged to mail the ballot with tracking through the United States Post Office, or another certified delivery service (UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, etc.). You may also request a confirmation of receipt of your ballot via email to info@ballotboxservices.com. Replacement ballots can also be requested via email to info@ballotboxservices.com or in person at the clubhouse on August 24, 2023, between 3:45 pm and 4:15 pm. Ballots will also be accepted by hand delivery at the meeting location on August 24, 2023, between 3:45 pm and 4:15 pm.

Ballots have been mailed out! The deadline for the receipt of mailed ballots is noon on August 22. Ballots will also be accepted at the clubhouse on August 24 between 3:45 pm and 4:15 pm.
Please join us for Meet the Candidates Night on Tuesday, August 8th! This is a great opportunity to get to know the candidates running for the annual election. Those elected to the Board will act as representatives on behalf of the entire community. Opening statements will be live-streamed on Instagram for those unable to make it. Afterward, residents in attendance can mingle and get to know the candidates!

Please note that the list of candidates has changed since the ballots were mailed. Eliza Luna has withdrawn from the election — any votes for Eliza Luna will not be counted.
