The next meeting of the Board of Directors is taking place on Thursday, August 22nd. The Regular Session will begin at 6:00 PM in the Cottonwood Canyon Hills Clubhouse at 31989 Hollyhock Street, Lake Elsinore, CA 92532.

Have something on your mind? Request to Speak forms will also be available in the clubhouse prior to the meeting. If you submit the form, you will be allowed to speak during the Open Forum, which will take place at the end of the meeting.

The Annual Meeting and Election is scheduled for Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 4:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the Clubhouse at 31989 Hollyhock St., Lake Elsinore, CA 92532. The deadline for the receipt of mailed ballots is noon on August 20. Ballots will also be accepted at the clubhouse on August 22 between 3:45 pm and 4:15 pm. Replacement ballots can be requested via email to info@ballotboxservices.com or in person at the clubhouse on August 22, 2024, between 3:45 pm and 4:15 pm.

The meeting will be called to order at 4 pm but while the ballots are counted, the Board of Directors will be holding the usual executive and regular session meetings at 4:30 pm and 6 pm, respectively. The election results will be announced as soon as the executive and regular sessions adjourn — we’re estimating that will be around 7 pm.
