August Board Meeting & Annual Election

The next meeting of the Board of Directors is taking place on Thursday, August 25th. The Regular Session will begin at 6:00 PM in the Cottonwood Canyon Hills Clubhouse at 31989 HOLLYHOCK WAY, LAKE ELSINORE, CA 92532.

In order to speak during the Open Forum, which will take place near the end of the meeting, you must submit a Request to Speak Form. Please review the Board Meeting Code of Conduct and submit your request to speak to the General Manager, Brinna Kerrick, by 5:00 PM on August 24th. If you have already sent Brinna an email, you do not need to duplicate the request on this form.


On July 25, 2022, ballots were mailed to each household. Ballots need to be received by the Ballot Box (Inspector of Election) in the mail by Tuesday, 08/23/22 – or – ballots can be submitted the day of the election, on Thursday, 08/25/22, at the clubhouse between 3:45 pm – 4:00 pm.

Please place your ballots in the mailbox to be directly sent to Ballot Box and be sure to sign the front as directed on the envelope (unsigned envelopes will not be counted).

If you haven’t received a ballot or have misplaced your ballot, you may request one by emailing info@ballotboxservices.com. Please include your name and address with the request.
