As we head closer to pool season, make sure to update your open path app as the name and logo has changed! You will need this app to access the pools and other amenities in the community. If you are having issues using the app since the update please refer to the troubleshooting guide below. If you are still having issues please email photosforcottonwood@gmail.com with your address in the email subject.
Pool registration forms are available on the Resident Portal under “My Community” and “Documents”.

If you are a renter in the community, your landlord or property manager will need to complete the form and submit it along with a copy of the lease.

The registration form requires a photo and a unique email address for anyone in the home wanting pool access (14 and older). Forms can be submitted via email to photosforcottonwood@gmail.com or turned in at the management office.

Never lose a pool key again! The pool registration system is called “Openpath” and allows keyless entry to the pool through an app on your phone. Physical key cards are still available however there is a limit of one card per household. If you have any questions about how Openpath works, check out this video.

Please note: If you get a new phone, Openpath access will have to be set up again. Contact management staff to be sent a new registration link.
