COVID-19 Office Closure

Due to the recent rise of COVID-19 cases, starting January 5th, the management office will be closed to the public. ⁠

Although the onsite office is closed, staff are still available by phone and email, Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Please contact the following team members via email for any of the following. If you have a question and prefer to speak with someone, please call (800) 400-2284.

Questions regarding architectural applications & notices of completion: Please email any documentation to Kristina Boatman at kboatman@actionlife.com. We have a drop box at the management office if you need to leave samples. Please make sure they are clearly marked with your property address.

Questions regarding violations or to report compliance with a violation: Please email Donna Cooke at dcooke@actionlife.com or Crystal Billingsley at cbillingsley@actionlife.com.

Questions regarding payment plans or account status: Please email Tania Camacho at tcamacho@actionlife.com.
